ABOUT MY JOURNEY

My name is Salvador Garibay and my roots lie in the Mexican state of Jalisco.  Producing organic vegetables and honey in accordance with nature has always been part of my life. Since settling in Switzerland, I have been selling organic honey to private households. In 2015, I took the chance and started reflating some old greenhouses in the heart of Switzerland. Today my family produces organic veggies, honey, and salsas and sells them to culinary restaurants and private persons.
